Return Policy

We are sorry that your items did not work out!  While we strive for you to love your items, we know that returns happen so here is some information to help you.

RETURNS:  You may return purchased items within 14 days from when your order was placed to return it for store credit only, in the form of a gift card.  There will be no price adjustments on previously purchased items.  Returns past the 14 day window will not be accepted.  

Sale, Clearance, Buy One Get One, and any discounted item marked SALE is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  (See below for guidelines).

* The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be returned or exchanged.  

* Please note due to sanitary reasons, the following items will only be eligible for return if the tags are still attached.

*Please allow 5-7  business days once your item is received to process your return.

* Shipping charges are not refundable.  We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages. Return shipping charges are responsibility of the customer.

* Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days after receiving.

Return Instructions:

* Include your order number and original packaging.

* Please contact us with any questions prior to returning to be sure your return is accepted.

*A return will be issued for eligible returns in the form of digital gift card via e-mail and you will have 90 days to use it.






We will honor the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time. If it’s no longer in stock, a gift card will be issued for the exchange.



***We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.  If your package is lost in transit you must file a claim with the post office.
